David Nichols, M.D. grew up in Wichita Falls, Texas. After practicing in Irving for several years, Dr. Nichols joined Cook Children's Physician Network and moved his practice to Southlake. Dr. Nichols is a board certified fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. Dr. Nichols lives in Keller with his wife and two sons, where he is active in their academic and athletic pursuits.
