Dr. Natterer earned her medical degree from Dartmouth Medical School in Hanover, N.H., and she completed her pediatric residency at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center in Lebanon, N.H. She entered private practice in 1992 and is board certified in pediatrics. Prior to relocating to Texas in 1998, Dr. Natterer practiced pediatrics in New Hampshire and served as a medical director for a hospital in rural Haiti.​
