Dr. Day received his medical degree from the University of Texas Medical School in Houston. He completed his pediatric residency and internship with the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. Dr. Day has worked as team physician for the public school system in Little Rock, Arkansas and as transport physician for the critically ill children traveling by air or ground. He also has experience in working with mentally retarded children and adults. Dr. Day is board certified in pediatrics.

Dr. Day enjoys spending time with his wife and children. His hobbies include camping, skiing, yard work and home repair.
