With the goal of providing the right care by the right person in the right setting, Cook Children’s Home Health offers orthotic and prosthetic services.
Whether your child is seen at our home office or in one of our numerous clinic settings, we are there to provide top pediatric orthotic and prosthetic care. Custom fabrications and modifications are done on site, in our own fabrication lab, to increase quality and decrease wait time.

Services are provided by specially licensed and/or certified orthotists and prosthetists. Combined, these staff members have more than 60 years of clinical experience, mostly in the field of pediatrics.
Patients may call a pediatric home care nurse at any time, 24 hours a day.
Physician referral
To make a referral, call 682-885-6294 or 800-747-8242. A Cook Children’s Home Health representative will assist you. Referrals may be made 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Office hours are from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. After hours, an answering service will connect referring physicians or clinicians to the on-call nurse.
