Respiratory care and home medical equipment
Home respiratory care is provided by registered or certified pediatric respiratory therapists.
Patient service representatives provide timely delivery of all supplies and equipment. Families are assisted by patient service representatives and respiratory therapists with maintenance and storage of home medical equipment and supplies.

Patients may call a pediatric home care nurse at any time, 24 hours a day.
Physician referral
To make a referral, call 682-885-6294 or 800-747-8242. A Cook Children’s Home Health representative will assist you. Referrals may be made 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Office hours are from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. After hours, an answering service will connect referring physicians or clinicians to the on-call nurse.
