Patient Representatives

Patient Representatives act as liaisons between the families and staff of Cook Children's Medical Center.

Patient Representatives listen to a family's concerns and represent the patient's perspective when addressing complaints and needs. They work with medical center personnel to achieve satisfactory resolutions and identify areas for process improvement. Patient Representatives strive to ensure your complaint is addressed in a timely manner with the appropriate management team.
