Cook Children's is the beneficiary of a variety of events held throughout the year by individuals, community groups and businesses. Your generosity helps Cook Children's fulfill our promise to improve the health of every child in our region.

• Identify the type of event you want to have and the anticipated date of the event.
• Review Cook Children's Special Events Guidelines Brochure
• Complete Cook Children's Special Events Application.

Upon receipt of the application, Cook Children's Health Foundation staff will evaluate your event proposal and contact you to discuss. Your event must be approved in order to publicize that Cook Children's is a beneficiary or partner in your activity.
