Schedule an appointment or refer a patient
Patients can make an appointment and physicians may refer a patient by calling our main number, 682-885-4405. Our receptionists can help you schedule an appointment with one of the orthopedic surgeons at any of our four office locations: main campus, Hurst, Southlake, and Southwest Fort Worth.
New patients, for your convenience, please have your insurance information ready when you call. |
Preparing for an appointment
All new patients should make every effort to bring copies of their images for previously taken radiographs, MRI or CT scans. The images will be reviewed by the physician and possibly compared to radiographs taken in the office during the visit.
In addition, patients should bring any existing bracing they have. Especially if they feel it needs adjusting or replacing. This allows the physician to assess the child’s needs more accurately. Bracing could include, ankle foot orthosis (AFOs), knee immobilizers, ankle supports, special shoes or inserts, wrist braces, slings and prosthetic devices.
