Is a Cook Children's Internship the same as a Nursing Preceptor program? |

No. If you are hired as a newly graduated nurse, you will be required to successfully complete a preceptor program that includes both on-the-floor and in-classroom training. Each preceptor program includes department-specific orientation that is required for ALL newly hired nurses. Additionally, all newly hired employees are required to attend a 2-day system-wide orientation. |
