What should I bring to my child's appointment?
Please bring your insurance card, your driver’s license and legal proof of guardianship if applicable.
Do I need to let my insurance company know that my child is going to be in the medical center?
It is recommended that you always tell your insurance company when your child is going to receive services from the medical center.
How do I know if my insurance company will cover my visit or services?
Coverage varies with each insurance company and employer. Each insurance plan is different. Start by making sure that the treatment facility accepts your insurance plan. Contact your specific insurance plan to find out whether your child's treatment will be covered. The insurance company that issued your health insurance policy is the best source of information about your coverage.
Will my insurance company cover the services of all professionals (such as the surgeon, radiologist, or pathologist) involved in my child's treatment?
Check with your insurance company or your employer to ensure that each professional who cares for your child has a contract with your insurance company.
Where do I park for my appointment?
Parking is located in the 7th Ave. garage. Valet parking is also available for $5.
