She listened to my concerns, and was happy to treat my child. My daughter kept reaching for her to hold her so she let her sit in her lap while she typed in the information I gave her on why we were there, and then my baby wanted her badge so she let my baby hold her badge throughout the appointment. She was so kind and made my daughter feel comfortable during her appointment.

All staff was incredible and so kind. Several visits big sister had to tag along and they chose to include her in the popsicle reward after shots. The nurses never complained or said no when our son asked for a busy bee or freeze spray prior to shotsthe team was happy to go back and get the extra supplies. Overall, the last several visits have been wonderful and we are so grateful for the cooks business model and quality of staff they hire. Even to the receptionist that check in each day. Very friendly and patient.
