Meet Kara Winn

I've been with Cook Children's Pediatrics Forest Park since 2007. I earned my bachelor degree in nursing at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston in 1984. I started in as an RN, then became the clinical coordinator. After receiving my masters degree, I was board certified as Pediatric Nurse Practitioner in September 2013. I'm married to Mike and we have one daughter, Madison. I enjoy scuba diving, gardening, crafts and photography.
