Meet Rose Adams

Hi, my name is Rose and I'm an Arlington native. I completed my Bachelor of Science in Nursing at the University of Texas at Arlington in 2003. After several years of working as a nurse in a pediatric emergency room and hemodyalsis, I attended UTA and obtained my Master of Science in Nursing with a pediatric nurse practitioner focus. Upon graduation in 2008, I joined Cook Children's Mansfield.

I'm a Board Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner. I enjoy building relationships with families and take a special interest in education. I worked as an adjunct faculty member at Texas Christian University in the nursing department for many years and am a regular preceptor for nurse practitioner students to help shape the future generation of nursing. I get the most joy from caring for my patients from infancy through college. In my free time, I enjoy traveling, running, and spending time with my family and friends.
