Meet Sandra Templeton

Hi, I'm Sandra! I earned my nursing degree from the University of Texas at Arlington in 2003. I've worked as a Registered Nurse on the medical/surgical floor, the Post Anesthesia Care Unit and Dodson Outpatient Surgery. In 2020, I obtained my master's degree from the University of Maryville at St. Louis. I'm a Board Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner, and am committed to partnering with families to ensure the best possible health outcomes for their children. My approach to care emphasizes education, prevention and holistic wellness.

Outside of my clinical practice, I'm actively involved in community outreach. When not caring for patients, I enjoy reading, volunteering and spending time with my family. I joined Cook Children's Renassaince Neighborhood Health Center in February 2024, and am excited to be part of the team. I look forward to building lasting relationships with the families in our community.
