Dr. Moye-With living an hour away a series of events led to us being 30 mins late. I was communicative via telephone about this and upon arrival Dr. Moye came to speak with me about the possibility of having to be rescheduled but that she would do her best to have us seen. I was fully prepared to leave without another appointment but they were able to work us back in. Despite the tardiness each person I encountered was kind to us. No frustrations were seen although it was probably felt. As a Cook employee and former Clinical Coordinator they all deserve praise!

I would like to thank the NP, the MA that cared for my daughter prior to the doctor. They were sensitive, professional, personable and very caring towards my daughter. Once the doctor arrived, she was also professional, personable and caring towards my daughter. She didn't rush our appointment and was attentive to our needs and concerns.
