They took the time to thoroughly explain the diagnosis, walk me through the differences between overlapping behavioral and personality factors, and offer tools that could support both areas. What stood out most was how inclusive they were with [...] - they listened to her experiences, validated her feelings, and allowed me to include her in her treatment decision. Their patience, clarity, and compassion made a complicated situation feel manageable, and I'm deeply grateful for the guidance they provided!

My child has always received good care, but I did leave out a very important department. My child has a bad fear of needles, so I was quite concerned. I was so impressed when the staff worked as a team to build his confidence and trust. Within minutes he was relaxed enough to do the blood draw.
