Meet Dr. Candace Gamble

Genetics is not just about testing. It's about championing our differences. I have a passion for helping families find answers so they can feel empowered to be the best advocate possible for their child. I also am happy to be able to serve my patients and to stand alongside the families in their journey.

I became interested in genetics during general pediatric residency and knew that I had to do both. So I transitioned to become both a pediatrician and a medical geneticist. I have a special interest in skeletal dysplasias and have completed research in achondroplasia and pseudoachodroplasia.

When I'm not seeing patients I enjoy coaching future medical doctors and sports of all levels! Baseball and basketball are my favorites.

As a mother, I know how precious your children are to you. I’ve also learned what it means to give and receive grace in this crazy thing we call life. These things help guide my interactions with patients and their families. – Dr. Candace Gamble
