We called the reception desk to ask for directions and instructions on what to do when we got to the office and the lady we spoke to was extreme thorough and helpful. I did not catch her name, but she was wonderful helping to ease the stress of making it to the appointment and getting there without issue.

Visit went well, we live in west Texas I like the convenience of a virtual visit rather than driving for a consultation for this kinda of visit

Upon entering genetics I was greeted with smiles and kindness, when called back the MA was also very nice and patient with my son. Dr. Carrasco took the time to explain a lot of things with me and make sure I was well educated on my sons care, needs and next steps to obtain a diagnosis. When she spoke with me I felt heard and not dismissed. Never at Cooks, but sometimes as a special needs parent you feel judged and not heard. She took time and listen, it has been a long road since my son started coming to Cooks and I feel very confident that with Dr. Carrasco we are getting closer to a diagnosis.

Fantastic staff who was accommodating and flexible with changing the appointment from an in person visit in Dallas to a virtual appointment in Amarillo. Every staff member from the front desk to the nurse to the physician were phenomenal. So grateful my child is in such competent hands with Cook Children's.
