We always have a positive experience when we come here! The team treats both of our kids with the upmost care and respect. My oldest daughter isn't even a patient at this clinic and still gets a toy after her brother's appointments, which is super considerate and sweet of them.

Everyone in the San Angelo cooks building was so kind and sweet. If we had questions, The doctor or nurse answered them. And as we were leaving the doctors office, everyone told us bye, and gave attention to [...]. They all get a golden star from our family. We felt like family and welcome. Also didn't feel like we were rushed out.

Dr. Favela was amazing in answering questions and explaining a complex disease like [...] in a way that was easy to understand AND remember. Now I think about her diagram when I explain it to others. The PharmD and Nurse were also amazing. Nurse shared with us about her interest on the [...] podcast and that just showed how much she cared. Nurse was extremely caring and we felt very well taken care of.

Dr. Favelas nurse was absolutely the sweetest. It was her first time meeting our baby and she was so caring and even interacted with him making him smile, which some of his providers don't do. Dr. Favela herself was also great. First time meeting her and it felt like we've met before! She was so welcoming and caring towards our family. She took her time to explain everything to us in a way we could understand and made sure we left with all the answers. Cannot recommend enough!
