Dr. Rafati is the second GI specialist we have seen, he gave me hope. He established a thorough treatment plan that addressed all of the complexities of my child's case. He seemed to understand my urgency to get my child relief and improve her quality of life. He saw me last minute when my previously scheduled NP couldn't, and I could not be more thankful he was willing to see us. Just very grateful my child is under his care now.

Dr. Rafati spent more time with us than any other provider I have ever seen. He was so intentional during our visit to speak for a few minutes then stop and checking for understanding, concerns, feelings. He made us feel so comfortable and like it truly was a team effort to begin the road to diagnosis. I'm incredibly grateful for this visit and look forward to returning for more answers. [...], our child life specialist was so patient and comforting for our pre teen. She really made all the difference in our visit and made us feel even more that this was a team effort and a team support for our son.
