The staff was amazing at keeping my child comfortable during her appointment. They provided her with toys, bubbles, and even gave her a small toy to take home. They had someone come in and help explain to her what would be happening in the appointment as well.

Yes, I was so amazed at the level of courtesy at the front desk!!! The ladies were beyond sweet. Also, Dr Mansi was incredible! He is perfect for all children and parents! Made it easy to understand and helped me to see what I need to do daily to keep my child healthy!!!!

Good- the doctor was there to listen to our concerns and to hear his past history in our own words, we didn't feel rushed when talking to him. We come from a town that doesn't provide the child care options like cooks so we had a lot of questions to ask and were hopefully the plan the doctor discussed with us works!

Dr. Mansi was wonderful but the nurse who did the Initial assessment, took vital signs, and brought us back to the exam room was one of the best nurses I've ever experienced! She was so sweet and her demeanor and kind words helped my nervous daughter to feel calm. She also took time to ensure that the vital readings were accurate.

Dr. Mansi listened to all of our medical history, concerns, and previous experiences. He was incredibly kind and careful as he explained everything. I felt like he tailored his treatment plan specifically for our family's needs, not just trying to fix a "problem." One of the best experiences I've had with a doctor in pediatrics.
