With board certification in child neurology and advanced fellowship training in pediatric multiple sclerosis and neuroimmunology at Baylor College of Medicine, Dr. Balasa has built his career around helping kids with autoimmune and inflammatory diseases of the nervous system. From multiple sclerosis and neuromyelitis optica to challenging demyelinating disorders, his focus is always on delivering leading-edge treatment in a way that puts families at ease.

Dr. Balasa believes listening is as important as diagnosing.
