Dr Rhem was fantastic! She did everything available to her during this first visit, listened really well, did not blow any information off, shared her starting theory which lead to very clear direction we'd be moving in. She gave us options where able, she had an excellent bedside manner, her humor was perfect, she made us both feel at ease the minute she walked in. [...] who works in office called to share information (SO FAST) today. This lady was amazing! She gave me all the info I'd need to make the next appointment but even better was her firm offer for me to call her back for anything we needed. I did & she was just so lovely, calm, & gave me clear hope of clarifying a few details to be sure we are all on the same page. I really cannot say enough good!

This was our second visit at cooks children's and both visits have been great from the parking garage valet parking to the inside guidance on which way to go for your visit and everyone there is exceptionally great in helping and they were all friendly and courteous. Fantastic place to go highly recommend

Dr Rhem I would like to recognize her because I feel that she's very thorough with her patients. She also goes the extra mile. The way I see it. We drive 2 and a 1/2 hours to get there and 2 and a 1/2 hours back. She called us lunch before our scheduled appointment. Because she wasn't that backed up and told us she would see us right away when we returned to the hospital because she knew that we had a long drive back home. I would like to recognize her for that for being caring and showing compassion and just being an all around great person in general.

We arrived an hour early as we had traveled 2 hrs to arrive. Emailed map and directions for parking were easy to follow. Paperwork filled out on portal sped up the check in process and we were seen early by the doctor. She took her time and did not make us feel rushed while answering all questions. As always it was a positive experience for my son!
