[...] was amazing and went above and beyond. She does the facilitating of ppl who need help with gas or lodging. That's not what we needed but she still took time to tracked down who I needed to speak with. She didn't have to do all she did regarding communicating but I so appreciate her. Also Dr. Corbin was so awesome. She was soft spoken and she listened. She started with "Hey mom, let's start from the beginning." That short sentence allowed me to tell her all the things and my daughter was able to share her story as well. She gave me validation without even knowing it and that immediately eased my anxiety. She didn't brush me off or say anything to the effect that it was in our heads or allergies she actually said the opposite! Thank you Dr. Corbin. We look forward to working with you on this journey however big or small. I have faith you'll be an amazing accent in caring for my girl.

Dr. Corbin is amazing! She's always so patient to exam our son, go over a treatment plan and answer any questions we may have. We feel confident that if we have any concerns or questions, we can reach back to her before our next appointment. She not only talks to us, as parents, but also engages with our son. Sometimes that is lacking from pediatric doctors! Would highly recommend Dr. Corbin to others!

Everything was amazing! Down to the valet service. Made our in/ out a breeze. Took the stress off and like I mentioned before, the moment we reached the office, we felt at ease and reassured we were at the right place for our child's care.

All the staff we encountered from the minute we reached the clinic was beyond exceptional. They are incredibly efficient and we never waited more than just a few minutes- if at all. They had a cheerful, happy attitude and made both my child and myself feel so much at ease. We were really impressed with Dr. Elora Corbin- she was just wonderful. She was thorough, took her time, and covered everything that was on our minds/ concerns. We felt relief in knowing she would be helping us. I truly cannot say enough good things about the entire process when we arrived. We had a bit of a scheduling issue- and waited a long time to book the appointment but from what we understand, that was an issue with the insurance requesting a referral and additional info from our Primary Care/ Pediatrician. We are delighted to continue to use Cooks for our child's care as we feel he is in the best hands.
