Our nurse was kind and caring. Dr. Lim was thorough, knowledgeable. He listened well and came into the appointment familiar with my son's medical history (he had looked at the case before our first appointment) which made me feel cared for. Put my concerns to rest.

Dr. Lim and his staff are amazing. Any question I submit in the Cook Children's portal gets a response very quickly. Any concerns I have are addressed and my mind put to ease. With a recent diagnosis of seizures for my son I get very worrisome and tend to over think, but the quickness and education they respond with helps immensely!
