Dr. Lim and his team worked together very well. He was great at taking time to explain and answer questions. His staff was very kind and efficient. I was impressed that Dr. Lim himself walked us up to the check out to ensure good communication with staff.

Dr. Lim and his staff are amazing. Any question I submit in the Cook Children's portal gets a response very quickly. Any concerns I have are addressed and my mind put to ease. With a recent diagnosis of seizures for my son I get very worrisome and tend to over think, but the quickness and education they respond with helps immensely!
