From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed by the friendly front desk staff who patiently answered all of our insurance and scheduling questions. The two nurses were absolutely amazing - super sweet, easy to talk to, and they handled our baby with the utmost care.When the doctor came in, she immediately made us feel comfortable by welcoming us to the practice and showing genuine compassion and kindness. She took the time to explain everything, shared her professional and personal opinions, and reassured us while also respecting that the final decision was ours. She even offered to help accommodate another appointment if needed.Everyone was so personable, and the facility itself was very clean. Staff were sanitizing frequently throughout our visit, which we really appreciated. Overall, such a wonderful experience - I would highly recommend Cook's to anyone looking for caring, professional service!

All the staff from the registration, to the nurses collecting data (weight height etc) to the Dr. We traveled about 2 hours for this visit and were all very pleased to know our daughter was in great hands. Thank you!
