Meet Dr. Cali Falls

Hi there! I'm Dr. Falls, a dedicated pediatrician who provides compassionate and comprehensive care for children from birth through adolescence. I'm passionate about partnering with families to support their children's growth, health and development every step of the way.

Growing up in a large family with six siblings, I spent my childhood assisting my younger brothers and sisters with their numerous minor injuries, knowing one day I would be a doctor. I earned my undergraduate degree from Dallas Baptist University, where I met my husband, Noah. I realized my dream of becoming a doctor when I completed my medical education at the New York Institute of Technology College of Osteopathic Medicine. I went on to complete my pediatric residency at Goryeb Children's Hospital in Morristown, New Jersey.

Primary care pediatrics has been my dream job since I walked into my first pediatrics clinic in medical school and felt as if I were simply back at home caring for my siblings. My clinical interests include preventive care, childhood nutrition, and the diagnosis and treatment of acute illnesses as well as many chronic illnesses.

Outside the clinic, I enjoy reading, traveling, trying new restaurants, and spending time with my friends and family. Noah and I share our home with some hilariously opinionated cats, and photos are always available for anyone willing to call them cute!

Cook Children's has been providing excellent care to my many nieces and nephews all over DFW for years. I'm excited to be joining this wonderful group to provide the same level of comfort and care to the families of McKinney.

    When I called in September 2025, the receptionist was kind, responsive, and truly helpful. She was able to get both of my younger children seen immediately by Dr. Falls. Dr. Falls was an absolute blessing. She listened carefully, took my concerns seriously, and acted promptly. Within just a few days of treatment, my daughter was back to her normal self. As a parent, that level of attentiveness and clinical judgment means everything. Dr. Falls is, without question, the best pediatrician I have ever partnered with. She is knowledgeable, patient, compassionate, and thorough. From day one, she took the time to truly understand my concerns for both my daughter and my son. While we will miss her during her maternity leave, we wish her and her growing family all the very best and look forward to her return. The entire staff at this Cook Children's location deserves praise. Every interaction has been positive, professional, and reassuring. Thank you for providing the level of care that every child - and every parent - deserves. Please keep up the excellent work.

    Dr. Cali Falls was a breath of fresh air - you can tell she really enjoys her job and takes joy in doing in pleasantly and thoroughly!!!! This practice/company has managed their operations so that the staff is empowered and enabled to focus on patient care. I appreciate you respecting my time and being punctual for the appointment. I was about 18 minutes early and was ready to wait but was taken in immediately upon check in. I was pleased with the check-in team who introduced themselves to us and offered my tall 13 year old a 'prize' which she gladly took. The nurse team was cordial and efficient. Overall, a great experience - thank you !!!!

    My son has a bed ear infection and even though he did want to let anyone mess with . The doctor was able to be connect with him and he allowed her to look at it.
