The doctor ( Christina Sherrod ) and her medical student were both attentive, thoughtful, and truly took the time to listen and address our concerns. All of the staff from the front office, NPs, and Dr. Sherrod are all amazing. They are easy to schedule and reschedule with. They will always do their best to squeeze in a sick patient and plan out routine visits as well. The front office staff always have a warm welcome and happy smiles to greet parents/kids. The nurses are compassionate, patient and gentle with patients. Dr. Sherrod is kind, gentle, funny, and caring towards children of all ages and very direct and helpful to parents. I also love that she is so responsive to messages in the portal. Best office all around!

The staff spoke to my son as a person and listened to him rather than cutting him off to talk to me or ignoring him. Also, they addressed his fears of getting a shot well, were kind and understanding and prepared! It was a great experience and I am sorry I hadn't brought him to the practice sooner! I will be transitioning my daughter to Dr. Sherrod as well.
