Dr Cooper is our back up Dr when our primary isn't there and both times we've seen him, he has been outstanding. He's easy to talk to about what's going on. I feel he takes my concerns serious and he was patient and gentle with my daughter who was crying and moving around a lot because she didn't feel good.

I would like to recognize Dr. Cooper and his Medical Assistant [...] - they were both very welcoming, bright and very comforting to work with. After coming from a practice that was the complete opposite- in just one visit they are helping heal the skewed idea that we are numbers before patients. Thank you Dr. Cooper and [...], you are phenomenal! I wish I could remember who I spoke with on the phone the week prior to schedule my visits as well- it was smooth and easy and she was so kind!

I called when arriving and asked If I could nurse my baby in the car before coming in and they were very friendly and told me they would call when they were ready to room me. My wait time was about 5 minutes, and about 2-3 minutes before Dr Cooper came in. They are always very friendly, sympathetic, and professional. They are very informative, and not pushy about anything. Example: flu shots, vaccines, etc.
