Always a good experience at Cooks South Denton. Nobody ever wants to go for sick visits but they were so great getting us scheduled and seen.

The employee who answered my initial call to inquire about an appointment was great. The nurse who called me to follow up and set an appointment was great. All the staff are so helpful and I can tell that they love what they do. Dr. Goff went over possibilities and outcomes and didn't make us feel bad when the diagnosis was something we weren't expecting. Also informed us that we were not at fault for missing diagnosis. The nurse that also called at 5pm to let us know the prescription had been sent was great.

5 Stars - Wonderful Pediatric Care!We had a great visit with Dr. Goff for my daughter's appointment. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and calm. The receptionist and nurses were excellent-friendly, professional, and made us feel right at home. Dr. Goff was incredibly patient, attentive, and made my daughter feel at ease throughout the entire visit. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answer all our questions, and showed genuine care and compassion. It's such a relief to have a pediatrician we can trust and feel comfortable with. Highly recommended!

The front desk staff is ALWAYS friendly even when they are very busy. That is incredibly appreciated. This was our first time seeing someone other than Dr. [...] and I was very impressed with Dr. Goff as well. I went home and the first thing I told my husband was that if Dr. [...] is ever unavailable we do t have to worry because we can ask for Dr. Goff.

This visit was my first time interacting with any doctor at this practice other than Dr. [...] (who we all love) and Dr. Goff made a great first impression! The same elements of care and demeanor we recognized in Dr. [...] I also recognized in Dr. Goff. When selecting a care provider for myself or my child I look for calm confidence, kindness, understanding, and the ability to be blunt without coming off as short or rough around the edges. All of these qualities coexisting tells me that the person in front of me is very good at what they do and they still have a passion for it. My son and I only saw Dr. Goff for less than 10 minutes (his ears were 10% fine) but it took less than that for me to feel confident in the level of care my son was receiving!

My daughter came in sick and was very hesitant about the flu nose swab due to being traumatized by the COVID nose swab. The nurse explained to my daughter that it wasn't the same and showed her exactly how far the swab would go. One minute later, my daughter did the swab. My daughter now has a new nurse bestie.

Dr. David Goff has seen both of my children since birth. I have been thrilled with the level of care and compassion he has for them and my concerns about their grown and health.
