We were told Dr. Masters was behind in his appointments, but we didn't feel like we waited too long at all. Definitely appreciated the heads up. We did have to recheck his height as what written down and what I heard were both off. The visit was great as usual.

The individual that checked us in was wonderful. She asked my son directly about his check in. He's 10 and old enough to speak for himself. She was also very kind when we checked out to ask if we needed any documentation for school. The best front desk staff of any pediatric care facility we've visited.Also Dr. Masters for being thorough and clear when sharing concerns about weight gain and talking through the benefits of getting blood draws now vs waiting.

As always, we had an absolutely wonderful experience at Cook Children's in Arlington. From the moment we walked in, the entire staff made us feel welcome and cared for. As a parent that just moved from another state, finding a good new pediatrician can bring some anxiety. I cannot stress enough how wonderful our experience was with Dr. Heeten Masters; his approach is absolutely over the top. He listens carefully, and he explains the information like no other. I feel very happy that we found this practice. From day one to make an appointment and the new process of a new patient was flawless.
