Support staff from the clinic called us twice while we waited for our video visit to notify us the provider was running behind and keep us apprised of his eta. That was such a helpful thing, when I was feeling anxious that maybe we had done the video visit process incorrectly or were somehow not logged in. It made the whole experience feel like a win instead of stressful. It went above and beyond my expectations

Dr. Worsley was incredible! It was our newborn visit with our first baby and Dr. Worsley took his time explaining each aspect of his exam! It was as if he knew where our concerns would be as first time parents and expelled those worries without us even having to bring them up! He explained vaccine schedules and the scientific reasoning behind each of these medical decisions we have coming up! He was incredible!
