Dr. Merchant always does a wonderful job. She answers any questions and explains everything so well. Her assessment is thorough and I really appreciate that. I wish all physicians were like her. Her nurse that day was also so kind. She had to swab [...] for strep, which [...] was nervous about. She offered options appropriate to her age, and ultimately made her feel safe. Then, she even brought her stickers after for being so brave. Truly, her and Dr. Merchant are so compassionate.
