Everyone there is always very professional friendly. [...] was very attentive, answered all my questions I had. She Helped calm my baby boy he was very nervous when he had to get a shot but she reassured him everything would be ok to help calm his nerves. The team at Cooks made me and my family feel cared for and appreciated. CVS's in McKinney all ran out of medicine but said they will contact us when they have a shipment. The next day, Cooks children team contacted us and went above and beyond to help us get the medicine from another pharmacy. It was awesome. Please keep up this good work. You guys are simply amazing, awesome, I don't have words. I love you guys so much!! Thank you! Thank you!! Thank you!!

The people at the front office are the most awesome group of women I have ever encountered in my life. They will go above and beyond to help you. The nurses are on another whole new level. If you leave them a message, your call will be returned within ten minutes. Dr Rita Joe is the best doctor on planet earth! We are from Africa and my kids have our native names.To tell you how involved she is in her Patients' well-being, Dr Joe learned how to spell and pronounce their native names which in my eyes is top-notch.
