This our first visit with our brand new baby. Didn't know what to expect and felt at ease the whole time - from the time I called to schedule to discharge. Scheduling rep was very kind and thorough on the phone which made me confident in my decision to choose this practice. I was again reassured from check in to meeting with the MA to our experience with the doctor. Everyone was great and I feel like we are in excellent hands here.

I was nervous about having to get a new pediatrician after our move but Dr. Shang is fantastic. She took the time to explain to the kids why they need shots and why she was checking the things she was. She was very thorough and listened to both me and the kids. The office workers and nurse were also very kind. I'm very happy with our choice!

Dr. Lian and her nurse are truly wonderful. Dr. Lian is so attentive and easy to talk to about questions and concerns. Our daughter ended up in an unexpected NICU stay and we still had some confusion about it all. Dr Lian explained the notes she'd read and helped us to know what had gone on with our daughter. Not enough healthcare workers actually go over notes to prepare for a patient and knowing that she was so well prepared truly puts us at ease. If we ever move, I will hate that we'll never find another Dr Lian anywhere else. She's truly the best.

Dr Lian, she is compassionate and thorough. We were sent in for blood work and had some concerning results. She contacted us that evening saying she would reach out to the specialist and stayed in touch throughout the next day keeping us updated on her progress. She got us in with the Dr we requested. She is an amazing pediatrician and we appreciate her.
