Meet Dr. Soo Min Urban
I am a board certified pediatrician who is passionate about caring for children and ensuring the well-being of patients, from newborn to adolescents. I went to medical school in Fort Worth where I served as Sunday School teacher and that's when I realized I loved working with kids.
Since completing residency, I have enjoyed building long-lasting relationships with families and becoming a part of the families' lives. I believe parent knowledge is key, and as your pediatrician I am here to not only make sure your child is healthy and thriving, but also to educate and help you feel confident as a parent.
I am originally from Korea and moved to the United States during childhood. I understand the challenge that immigrant families have, especially when it comes to resources and healthcare. I strive to make a difference in bridging that gap and providing ample resources with respect to culture.
Outside of medicine, I enjoy being a mom to my two beautiful children, spending time with my husband, family, and friends. I am grateful to God and my parents for directing my passion to medicine.

I have never had a bad experience with Dr urban or anyone else in the office. They have turned into a second family you could say... If there's anything I need or concerns I have all I need to do is call. It's like calling your mom on your first child kind of relationship... I absolutely love them all. Especially the check in staff. And the nurses and the drs. And the patient advocate... I don't know what I would have done with out any of them. Thank you all so much for everything... Everytime... I mean that.

We have never had a bad experience in this office. The entire staff treats us like family. Including Dr urban walking one of my 2 sick children to my car since they both wanted to be held due to being so sick. I have never experienced a more caring and attentive staff anywhere.
