Dr. Charette is wonderful about explaining what to expect in the next year of development and really personalizing the information based on what we have shared about our child and what she knows about typical growth and development. I have Two babies that are seen at this clinic by Dr. Charette. I cannot describe how happy I am with the service that I have received from the staff here. They are very professional and very caring. They are best at what they do. Dr. Charette is always available whenever I have any questions through the portal whether it's the weekend or a holiday or after hours I have always received a response within a few minutes or within the hour. I do not want to move out of Fort Worth because I do not want to change my pediatrician. We love her so much.

Our nurse was very compassionate and did not push my son to do anything he was not comfortable with. She took her time and let him have his own space to complete the vision and hearing tests. Rushing him leads to non compliance and she heard me and respected that. As always, Dr Charette is an amazing doctor who listens to parents and patients to walk us through the journey of growing children. She is always calm and attentive. You know she cares about your child and eases parents fears. We feel lucky that we are in her care.
