The Dr was Amazing my daughter felt comfortable and really liked how the Dr talked to her asked if she understood what was going on when she was confused she took the time sat and explained it all to her what were looking for how she can help she really educated my daughter and made her feel seen and heard it's rare my daughter gets a phys she's comfortable with and she really put my daughter at ease

We had an amazing experience. My daughter was treated so very well and her autism was recognized and understood during our appointment. Everyone was kind and helpful everywhere we went. I was very nervous having to take my teenager to a children's hospital but I am so glad that we went! I honestly wish we had some of her other needs addressed there previously. I will 100% not hesitate to make the 6 hour drive back if/when we need to!

Dr. Jessica Nguyen met with two other departments after hours to try to find us an answer while we were in town. We drove in five hours to make our appointment, so she knew it would be inconvenient to have to come back. This was such an above and beyond moment, and we were beyond grateful to get so much work done in 3 day visit.

Dr Nguyen was phenomenal, listened intently to both the patient and parent, was caring and gentle and had a sense of humor, was attentive to our concerns, spent lots of time with us, explained medical things in an easy to understand way, involved me (the parent) and the teenage patient in the way forward, went over the plan and asked if we had any questions. We trust her judgement and care wholeheartedly after just one visit.

We moved to Texas from Florida 3 weeks ago and weren't expecting to need a children's hospital so soon. I'm thankful we found Cook - it's been an incredible experience. I was impressed with the doctors, staff, facilities, their professional but caring approach, the cleanliness and promptness. Truly a wonderful experience!

Dr. Nguyen was absolutely phenomenal. She listened well to both me and my son, took her time and was very thorough. I was impressed with the way she talked to my son - asking questions to dig deeper, making him feel validated and cared for. Truly a fantastic experience! I hope we don't have a need to return anytime soon, but if we do - I will be asking for Dr. Nguyen!
