My call to practice pediatrics happened during my last rotation in medical school. I had the opportunity to rotate with one of my mentors, along with a few pediatric rheumatologists, and it was here that I found my passion in pediatric rheumatology. In my opinion there is no greater reward than being able to help children with complex medical conditions, as well as their families.

I love taking care of athletes and being a part of their active and directed therapy. It is very exciting being a team physician and caring for the health of athletes and all active individuals. During my training I fell in love with musculoskeletal medicine as a whole. I was able to learn both the inflammatory and biomechanical aspects of this extensive field.

As part of my education I was fortunate enough to obtain a Master’s of Education; I love to use my skills to teach families, students, residents, nurses and other physicians.

Outside of my medical practice, I spend time with family, run and play soccer and tennis.?
