How to Add a Child in the MyCookChildren's App
If you have more than one child seen by Cook Children's providers, you don't need a separate MyCookChildren's account for each one. You can use one login to manage all your children's health info in one place.
Here's how to request access to another child in your MyCookChildren's app in just a few easy steps.
Step 1: log in
Log in to your existing MyCookChildren's account on the MyCookChildren's App.

Step 2: go to settings
Now that you're logged in, let's head to your settings. Just tap the gear icon in the top left corner of your screen. That opens the Settings menu. Look for the second option. It says Add A Child. Go ahead and tap that to get started.

Step 3: fill out your information
Next, fill out your information as the parent or caregiver. This section is all about you. Your child's details will come a little later. Please note that the field “Cook Children's Health Plan Member” is only for those who are members in the Health Plan program.

Step 4: fill out child's information
Now it's time to enter your child's information. You'll start by filling out the details for one child. If you have more children to add, just click Add Another Child on the bottom of the second page. It's easy to include everyone at once!

Step 5: submit your request
Once you've entered all your children's information, just tap Submit at the bottom of the page. A member of our support team will review your form. This usually takes about two business days. When it's approved, you'll get a notification. Then, just log back into the app to see your newly added children.
