We saw Dr. Jason Terk for a rash our son was experiencing. Our son's primary pediatrician did not have any openings that day. Dr. Terk went above and beyond to help our son (2 year old) feel more comfortable despite never meeting him before this appointment. He played peek a boo behind the door, sang songs, even made him laugh. We are grateful for doctors like this who make unexpected visits a little more comfortable for us as parents and more importantly our children! Thanks Dr. Terk!

We are so lucky to be by this location. Every interaction is great. There is a low turnover rate which make me think that the working environment is just as great as they project to their patients. We have been going to this location for years and recommend them to everyone.

Doctor Jason Terk is an excellent doctor and person at the same time. He is very easy to talk with, always in good mood. He has our full trust as parents, but also our boys trust him. They follow what he says and they see him as a fun nice doctor.

Although this clinic is 30 minutes away from my home, I do not mind the drive. Dr. Terk and the team are amazing. Wait times are very minimum and the office visits are quick. I am glad I decided to switch pediatricians.

From the front office staff Ms Susan Ms Debi and the many other ladies who have answered every phone call and helped me schedule every single appointment, to our Nurse Kathi and then obviously Dr Terk, I'm so thankful for the whole office. Dr. Terk took his time to listen to my child and give recommendations to help him. He also was very attentive to my and my husband's concerns. This was our first visit but felt very comfortable and welcome in this office. Also, felt like Dr. Terk's recommendations put us in the right track to getting the help we need not only for my son but our family as a whole.Kimberly Shepherd was very supportive and helpful. I feel she went above and beyond to make me as a mom feel like I was on the right path to helping my family. She also gave recommendations of a better option for us to get help.I would highly recommend this clinic.

The Nurse that took my sons vitals what very kind and helpful going above and beyond by providing information about a coffee maker we had discussed. My son was going hunting and took time to share that with Dr. Terk. He shares a hunting story that made my son laugh and have conversation with him about it.

Overall the experience was great. I was able to get an appointment that morning and was seen quickly with covid and strep testing done with results in 15 min. It was a very efficient appointment.

Kathi- (nurse) she was very patient in answering questions that my son asked about the blood pressure machine. She explained how It worked and what It does. Dr. Turk- He is a breath of fresh air. He really took the time to explain thing to not only my husband and I but to my son as well. He allowed my sons concerns to be heard and answered them. My son walked out and said, "mom, I really like him. It's like he really heard me."
