Allison Elaine Mehlmann, APRN, CPNP-PCShe was very kind and worried about my son's condition. Even after the appointment was over and were following her recommendation to go to Cooks ER hospital, she let us know she would be checking up on his condition after the fact to see how our ER visit went and that he was ok.She really cares about her patients, and It shows. The entire staff at the clinic were exceptional from beginning to end.

My visits are ALWAYS great. I love this office and its whole team. But sometimes the wait times are a little rough. I've waited 40 minutes in our room to see the doctor. But I know it's because every patient is getting the care and time that they need. Myself and my son included. I'm still willing to wait just to keep visiting this office it can just be a challenge sometimes making sure I have at least two hours free out of my day to make sure my plans don't clash when he has a visit.

Allison, I know our visit wasn't the most interesting. No issues or big concerns! But you still made me feel like your time with my baby was valuable. You spoke through every step and even my son seemed a bit more comfortable than usual. I've been having a rough time, not feeling like I do enough for my baby. You made a small comment that really helped me feel better. It was just something you noticed and voiced, maybe just a simple thought to you, but it meant the world to me. Thank you, to your whole team, for caring for BOTH myself and my son. I may not get a check up through you guys, but you always check in with me and I truly appreciate it.

Allison Mehlmann has by far been the sweetest most caring person I have worked with in regards to my daughters [...] condition. I had seen her a couple months back and she even remembered the concerns I had voiced in my last visit. Its like we picked up where we left off. Thats a good quality to have in the medical industry.
