Meet Allison Mehlmann

My name is Allison and I'm a dedicated Pediatric Nurse Practitioner with more than 10 years of experience in providing compassionate care to patients. I earned my MSN/NP degree from University of Texas at Arlington and am board-certified by PNCB. I specialize in primary care, preventative care and sleep disturbances. I'm committed to partnering with families to ensure the best possible outcomes for their children. My approach to care emphasizes empowerment through education, prevention and holistic wellness.

I regularly participate in continuing education to stay at the forefront of pediatric healthcare advancements. When not caring for patients, I enjoy watching my kids in their activities, camping, hiking, traveling, playing tennis, connecting with friends and spending time with family. I'm excited to be part of the Arlington Neighborhood Health Center team and look forward to building lasting relationships with the families in our community!

    The Np is great & really makes effort to connect with my child & I. The front desk staff is always responsive, cheerful, & respectful. The follow-up care navigator was extremely helpful & patient with our concerns.

    Nothing bad, except for my son's medical condition needing an urgent ER visit afterwards.Good in that everyone working there made the process as easy as can be for a scared 10 yr old boy.

    Allison Elaine Mehlmann, APRN, CPNP-PCShe was very kind and worried about my son's condition. Even after the appointment was over and were following her recommendation to go to Cooks ER hospital, she let us know she would be checking up on his condition after the fact to see how our ER visit went and that he was ok.She really cares about her patients, and It shows. The entire staff at the clinic were exceptional from beginning to end.
