This was his first time seeing Ashley, and she was so great with him. She was kind, listened to my concerns, interacted with him well, and was mindful of his pain during her exam. We truly appreciate the care received during this visit and can't say enough good things about everyone!

Although we usually see Dr. [...], I wanted to recognize Ashley for the outstanding care she provided during our son's visit. On the way home, my 13-year-old son, said, "Wow, Mom, Ashley was great. I'd see her again." That really stood out to me because he has always preferred seeing a male provider. Ashley was incredibly kind, patient, and thorough. She took the time to explain everything, made [...] feel comfortable, and never made us feel rushed. As a parent, it means so much to know your child feels heard and cared for. Ashley made a lasting impression on both of us, and we're so grateful for the excellent care she provided. Cook Children's is fortunate to have her!

We switched from another cook's office due to rude staff & poor bedside manner. We cannot express what a world of a difference this office is in all aspects! My child is no longer scared to come to the doctor because of this office/staff! Thank you!!
