Jade, the NP was excellent. She demonstrated professionalism with empathy. I like the way she engaged my daughter and I in every conversation and intervention. Jade took her time to listen and explained in detail the causes of my daughter's signs and symptoms, and explain the proposed treatment. Jade is wonderful!
