I would like to recognize Katie. She was amazing. She was very kind and I liked how she involved both my husband and I in the conversations that she had with our son. She was very thorough and even gave some personal words of encouragement to my son for his new journey into junior high school as well as offered a helpful tip/solution to a health issue that we didn't address to her. It was very much appreciated and she is very much appreciated.

Katie Hanson is always the best! She eases my mom anxiety and proves im doing well for my baby at every visit and always ensures she is there every step of the way. The Medical assistants that help us every time we go are always amazing! Please buy the office a nice treat they really deserve it 1000%!!!

This was our first time seeing the NP. We usually see Dr. [...]. The NP did such an amazing job connecting with my son and making him feel comfortable as well as walking him through everything she was saying and doing. I was very thankful for her kindness and knowledge.

Nurse Practitioner Hanson is truly such a gift to Cook Children's pediatrics. Everytime we see her she listens, she informs, and follows up on any previous concerns we might have had. All while being so kind and warm. We really appreciate her attention and care for our child.

The front desk was amazing with getting us checked in ans checked out, was patient with us with having no sleep with our newborn, the Medical assistant that took vitals was fast but careful and ensured us of what we needed to do. Kathryn was an amazing provider for us being first time parents. I had alot of anxieties wanting to make sure I was doing best for our child and she addressed some of them before I could even ask, and double checked to make sure if we had questions during and at the end of the visit. I couldn't recommend this staff anymore than I already have. My baby will continue to be seen here.
