Meet McKenzie Comparin

I've been a family nurse practitioner for more than 13 years. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas at Austin and my Master of Science in Nursing as a family nurse practitioner from the University of Texas at Arlington.

I began working at Cook Children's in 2010 in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit before transitioning to the Short Stay Unit. As a pediatric nurse, I gained experience caring for children of all ages with a wide range of conditions. As a parent, I understand the importance of building strong, trusting relationships with patients and their families. I look forward to caring for the children and families at Cook Children's Pediatrics in Trophy Club.

    McKenzie is so wonderful with kids! I am so thankful for all the practitioners at this location. We are always treated so well and the kids don't mind going to the doctor and actually look forward to seeing the doctors.
