The nurse was outstandingly sweet and patient with my child. She took her time to soothe my child and put her shots anxiety at ease. The nurse practitioner actually asked about the mental welfare of my child and went above and beyond in asking my child how school was going, friendships, etc. I just found it respectful and caring that she took the time to get a comprehensive exam beyond physiology. It makes me feel like we're in good hands.

I moved to this clinic from another Cook Children's facility. It is like night and day. Here we feel heard, we aren't pushed to the urgent care or ER with slight concerns. They see us quickly. I absolutely the back staff. The front desk staff is a little more difficult to work with but still an improvement over where we came from. Highly highly recommend this facility!

Both providers were SO good with my toddler. They took their time to let her see all the various medical apparatuses and show her how they worked so she was comfortable. They were very warm and friendly. My toddler had "fun" at a doctors appointment and I believe it will shape her future opinion of visiting a doctor so I really appreciated the care they provided
