The MA worked diligently with my anxious child. Sarah also listened to my concerns about repeating a test because my daughter was too anxious the first time she was swabbed which lead an accurate diagnosis. Her explanation to my daughter helped ease her anxiety about being swabbed again. Overall it was a great experience and felt heard and no time waisted. We were not there for long.

Impeccable service all the way around! Sarah Burton is very attentive. My child was impressed with how she repeated the list of symptoms given to the nurse without having to be told by us proving she actually reads the notes and cares to understand what's going on with the patient. It is refreshing to find someone in the medical field who actually listens and takes the steps to finding out what maybe going on rather than dismissing their patients symptoms.
