Hi, my name is Zaccheaus Chimedza, but I go by "Z" to make it easier for everyone. I was born in Zambia, Africa — a beautiful country located in the south-central part of the continent. Africa is a land rich in culture, diversity, and natural beauty, home to vast landscapes, incredible wildlife, and vibrant traditions that celebrate community and resilience. Zambia itself is known for its welcoming people, abundant wildlife, and the magnificent Victoria Falls, recognized as one of the Seven Natural Wonders of the World.

While my home continent is filled with beauty and strength, many communities face challenges such as poverty, limited healthcare access and preventable illnesses. Growing up, I witnessed family members and friends struggle and even lose their lives to conditions that could have been easily treated with proper healthcare. These experiences deeply shaped my desire to be part of the healing process and to bring compassionate, accessible care to those in need.

In 2005, I came to the United States and was privileged to pursue my healthcare education here. Becoming a Nurse Practitioner has allowed me to be at the forefront of healing, helping patients improve their quality of life and empowering them to take charge of their health. I believe in partnering with patients and their families to create the best possible treatment plans — grounded in trust, empathy and collaboration.

I am honored to serve my community and look forward to caring for you and your loved ones with the same compassion and dedication that inspired me to pursue this calling.
